Our warranty policies are designed to assure our customers of our commitment to quality and their satisfaction, regardless of the product's application.

Consumer Warranty

Starting from the date of receipt

Batteries, filters, and other consumable items are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty Terms

1. This warranty is valid only for products purchased in Australia from T.KIN or authorised T.KIN dealers.
2. The warranty will be void if the customer cannot provide a receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.
3. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty will not apply if:
a. The product is not installed according to the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
b. Damage results from accidents, improper installation or handling, improper maintenance and cleaning, unauthorised repairs, alterations, abuse, or misuse.
c. Product damage results from non-compliance with the technical standards specified in the function manual.
d. Not installed by a licensed plumber.

This toilet douche must be installed with appropriate backflow protection conforming to the National Construction Code - Volume 3. Installation must be in accordance with AS/NZS 3500.2 and the Plumbing Code of Australia.

Local authorities may have varying requirements. Check to confirm if an RPZD valve is required. T.KIN Pty Ltd does not offer consultation services regarding regulatory compliance.

Consequential Loss

To the extent permitted by law, T.KIN will not be liable for any loss or damage to furniture, floor coverings, walls, fixtures, or any other consequential loss of any kind caused by any defect in the products or components.

Customers shall keep proper documentation to prove purchase, and the product should be installed by a licensed plumber and/or electrician.
